Damaged Items Policy
We take great care in packaging your order, but sometimes accidents happen during shipping.
If your item arrives damaged, please:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
- Include photos of the damage and the packaging
Once we review the damage, we will:
- Replace the item if possible
- Issue a store credit for the full value of the item
**PLEASE NOTE: We cannot issue refunds or replacements for items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
